We are a few steps from the seafront, (our principal rooms have the benefit of side sea views), and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions, such as The Royal Pavilion, The Lanes, North Laine, Brighton Pier, Brighton Marina, The Brighton Centre. You will find dozens of bars and restaurants a short walk from Charlotte Street in the St James's Street area of Kemp Town

All rooms have just recently been completely refurbished to include brand new full en-suite shower rooms
All rooms now have flat panel TVs with freeview channels and a DVD player, hair dryer, toiletries, use of towelling bathrobes and slippers, tea & coffee making facilities, a mini fridge is also found in all rooms with complimentary mineral water
