At The Twenty One you will enjoy the best possible ingredients, locally sourced, where possible Our bacon is locally reared and free range Our sausages are made locally in Gloucester Road, Brighton by the 'Brighton Sausage Co' using local pork Our eggs are local and free range and are supplied by Batts Farm in Piltdown, East Sussex Our 'Dorset' cereals are from Dorchester, Dorset Our honey, marmalade & jams are from Wilkin & Sons Ltd of Tiptree in Essex We also have 'Tiptree' Brown sauce & Ketchup! Our typical menu would include: Cereal selection Porridge Dried fruits, nuts and seeds Fresh fruit, typical selection: strawberries, raspberries, melon, pineapple, blackberries, blueberries, cherries, grapes Fresh juices Prunes Selection of yogurts & smoothies Croissants followed by: Full Sussex breakfast Full vegetarian breakfast Classic salmon bagel: Scottish smoked salmon & cream cheese with scrambled eggs BLT bagel: bacon, lettuce, tomato & mayonnaise with scrambled eggs or something lighter!! Scrambled eggs on toast Charcuterie: A selection of Italian antipasto, Emmental cheese served with a warm crusty roll Pancakes: Served with Maple syrup, cream & fresh fruit all served with: freshly brewed coffee, a selection of quality teas together with toast and preserves  Our breakfast is cooked to order 8.30am-10.00am Earlier breakfasts can be arranged   Breakfast is the first meal of the day, preceding
lunch or dinner and is typically eaten in the morning. The English word derives from the idea of breaking the involuntary fast of sleep, thus signifying the first meal eaten after awakening.
