We have had a visit by the AA Hotel Inspector and have since accredited us with a 4-star highly commended rating for 2011! The AA Inspector's summary (in brief) read: The Twenty One Guest House continues to achieve a Four Star Highly Commended rating with a guest accommodation designator. Externally
the property presents maintenance free, the entrance and breakfast room
is inviting with excellent quality furniture, evenly spaced and very
well presented offering a favourable first impression. Bedrooms
and bathrooms have been very well maintained, a continuous programme of
refurbishment is in place which ensures quality is maintained at a high
level. Bedrooms are generally spacious with modern, good quality decor
and furniture. There are a number of thoughtful extras adding to guest
comfort. Housekeeping performed well with bedrooms thoroughly clean. Bathrooms
and public areas were also thoroughly clean with all bathrooms smelling
fresh and chrome fixtures and fittings sparkling. This was an enjoybale visit and thanks to Andy and Matt for their time and hospitality.  AA 4 Highly Commended Yellow Star
