Parking
As a guest, you are entitled to purchase a 'Hotel Visitor Permit', these permits allow you to park on-street in residents parking bays (zone C), obviously we are in zone C, and all of the streets close by are zone C.
We keep these permits in stock at all times and the price is fixed by Brighton & Hove City Council at £5 per permit.
Each permit lasts for 24 hours.
Zone C residents parking is FREE on Sundays.
These permits do not guarantee you a space, however, there will always be somewhere to park!
- We will point you in the right direction when you arrive!
Alternatively
There is some free on-street parking to be found, but this is to the North of Queens Park, some 15 minute walk back to 'The Twenty One'

There are pay & display bays on Marine Parade and locally
